Nika Korashvili leads Audit & Assurance practice. He specializes in statutory audits, financial reporting, accounting and tax compliance, as well as corporate finance transactions. Mr. Korashvili is engaged in making significant decisions related to the financial reporting of our high-profile clients. Nika participated in preparing audit reports for multi-million business entities such as Innovated Software, GeoMIT, and technological giant FlexoTech. Mr. Korashvili has extensive experience in financial reporting and audit in the fields of IT and telecommunications, retail, wholesale and distribution, consumer and industrial products, services, construction, energy and chemicals.

Before joining SBC Audit, Nika served as Senior Auditor at RSM Georgia, representing high-profile domestic and foreign clients in revealing tax risks using alternative audit processes, as well as providing relevant financial consultations.

Mr. Korashvili graduated from Georgian-American University (GAU), Department of Business Administration. He was a member of Quant’s Group, an exclusive program designed for students with a special interest and abilities in quantitative finance. Nika proved himself to be exceptionally gifted in finance and earned his Bachelor’s Degree with high honors.

Nika Korashvili is a member of the Georgian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors (GFPAA). With native Georgian, Nika is fluent in English and Russian languages.
